1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AmanSMM ("Website", "Service", "Company", "we"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please discontinue using this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view the SMM services and resources on AmanSMM for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- ✗ Modify, copy, or frame the materials
- ✗ Attempt to reverse engineer or extract SMM API code structures
- ✗ Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the assets
- ✗ Sell, rent, or mirror our server resources on external SMM panels without authority
3. Account Registration
- ✓ You must provide accurate registration details
- ✓ You are fully responsible for your account password and security
- ✓ You must be at least 18 years old to trade on this platform
- ✓ Sharing API keys or credentials is strictly monitored
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to exploit or bypass our SMM node systems. Prohibited actions include:
- • Launching spam or DDOS queries against our API ports
- • Executing fraud via spoofed UPI or payment requests
- • Deploying scripts to execute double-spend balance transactions
- • Violating the target social media platform guidelines
5. Payment & Billing
- •All service rates are quoted in INR (Indian Rupee) and are subject to real-time SMM node market shifts.
- •Payment must clear before orders register on the fulfillment API queue.
- •Secure gateways (Razorpay, Paytm) process all card and UPI details.
6. Service Delivery & Drops
We pull data from real, active user accounts. However, we do not claim absolute, permanent retention. Drop rates of 5-10% can happen as social platforms patch accounts.
* Refill services, where specified, are processed automatically within 24-48 hours. Non-refill services do not qualify for drop adjustments.
7. Limitation of Liability
AmanSMM, its partners, and directors shall not be liable for any brand suspension, dropped engagement, or monetary loss arising from the use of SMM services on third-party channels.
* All purchases are executed at the client's own risk. Social media platforms strictly prohibit buying fake engagement.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any legal resolution.
